These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of items at Changeyourself.dk for delivery in Denmark and internationally.
All prices at Changeyourself.dk are in (DKK/EURO) and inclusive of VAT, and no fees, taxes or other charges will be added except the delivery costs shown below and on the checkout summary at Changeyourself.dk.
We usually ship all items with Postnord for pick-up at a Postnord shop near you. Delivery in Denmark is free. There are free Delivery to other countries for shopping over 100 euro. Read here for other delivery options. The final delivery charge will be shown at Changeyourself.dk and in your checkout summary before you pay.
All orders will, as far as possible, be packed within 24 hours, and shipping usually takes 1-5 weekdays after that. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is ready to be dispatched so you can follow your order.
You can also pick up your order at the address Danmarksgade 2, 8600 Silkeborg, Denmark, upon prior agreement.
Changeyourself.dk also ships internationally upon prior agreement. Such shipments will also be sent with Postnord. You should expect longer delivery times for international shipments.
Changeyourself.dk only accepts VisaDankort, MasterCard and American Express. In connection with electronic payments, Changeyourself.dk uses a PCI Security Standards Council approved transaction.
The amount is not withdrawn from your account until the items have been dispatched.
Acknowledgement of receipt of order and order confirmation
When you have ordered something from Changeyourself.dk, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided upon checkout.
You have a right to cancel your order from Changeyourself.dk within 100 days. The cancellation right expires 100 days after the day you received the items. If the expiry date is a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve’s Day or the 31st of December, you may wait until the following weekday.

If you use this option, we will acknowledge receipt of your information that you wish to exercise your cancellation right to the email address you have given us. To observe the time limit for cancellation, you must send your information that you wish to exercise your cancellation right before the time limit expires.
Please state your name, address and order number when you cancel your purchase.
If you exercise your cancellation right, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and under all circumstances no later than 100 days from the date when we receive information from you that you have decided to cancel your purchase. However, if you have chosen another form of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer, you will not have the related extra costs refunded.
We will refund the money using the same means of payment as the one you used to pay for the order unless you expressly agree to another method. No fees will be charged for the repayment.
You must return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date when you informed us that you wish to cancel the purchase. To observe the time limit, you must return the item before the end of the 100-day period. You must pay the direct costs involved in returning the items.
If you have used the item or handled it in any way apart from what is required to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, and its value is reduced as a consequence, we will deduct an amount corresponding to the reduced value.
Defects and complaints
We recommend that you check the item you purchased as soon as you have received it. The provisions on defects and complaints in the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the two-year warranty, apply otherwise. You must always inform us of complaints within reasonable time.
If you become aware of defects when examining your item, you can inform us of your complaint at email@example.com.
You accept that it is necessary for Changeyourself.dk to process your personal data to execute your order and honour our agreement with you.
Applicable law and jurisdiction.
The agreement between you and Changeyourself.dk is subject to Danish law and the exclusive competence of the Danish courts unless otherwise provided by mandatory statutory provisions.
